Xpertize. be gets press article in Belgium’s largest business magazine!

After the hiring of our first staff member, Xpertize.be had another event to celebrate this month!

Indeed, Trends, Belgium’s most read business magazine, has decided to write an article on the new concept we just launched in Belgium. The article was very positive, an outlined the original aspect of this new recruitment method, which encourages people to refer their friends for jobs, even though these friends were not actively looking for new opportunities.

Following this publication, we have already been contacted by several companies in order to discuss about possible collaboration.

This article definitely provided us with the exposure we needed in order to get the audience requested to have a successful network of Connectors.

Our first staff member has started working with us!

Dear Xpertize.be members,

First of all, allow us to wish you all the best for you and your loved ones for 2007! We also wish many connections on Xpertize.be!

The year has started on a pretty nice way for us. Indeed, after the X-Mas and New-Year period, we have had the pleasure of welcoming our first staff member!

Cécile has already been working in the HR industry: she is specialised in sales & marketing profiles. Based on her previous experience, she will be in charge of monitoring al incoming candidatures for the incresaing number of sales&marketing opportunities being published on Xpertize.be. She will also ensure a smooth communication with our clients in this field.

Besides Cécile’s professional skills, it has also been nice to welcome the first woman aboard Xpertize.be ! It definitely brings a different flavour and atmosphere within the team, and we all take advantage of that!
